It's not a cut and dry answer. Depends a lot on what base you want to be in and how many they really end up hiring after you.
Also, depends how well your category is staffed and whether or not the senior guys choose to bid reserve.
IMO, too many variables to give an actual timeline. IF they keep hiring a lot, then it shouldn't take too much longer in the junior bases. Some of the more senior bases, it could take much longer.
