I pay little over $400 a month for HMO which includes myself and as many dependents as you want. Little pricey, but never pay more than $15 copay for ANYTHING. Emergency room copay is $50.

If your single is an amazing deal at about $110-125 a month for same plan.

Just had a baby in October and paid the $15 copay. That's it.
