If that's the case they need to offer reverse scheduling even if that requires commuting or duty travel to begin duty in CAN. To do this outside of company provided travel is unrealistic. I can't imagine too many guys taking a CAN base unless you're unemployed. If you are unemployed, it's unlikely you will get thru the sim not current.
