Sailing, this doesn't make any sense. The company wouldn't want it if it didn't benefit them. I'm tired of the old "we don't see any issues" mantra from ALPA, like sick leave verification, followed by unintended consequences biting us in the butt. I agree with you. There is something in the wind on Va Ave that will not be beneficial to us, and this lays the foundation. Remember, it is still the most cost effective if we die the day after we retire. Like McDonalds and just about any other restaurant in which we eat, they don't care about our long term health. All nighters, CDOs, SPDs all those things are detrimental to your health.
Just say no to CDO.
