Before that though, since you seem to have a problem directly answering points this is probably useless. But I will ask anyways. In your worldview is it ok for an armed officer to shoot a highjacker if the highjacker is only armed with a boxcutter? Remember the boxcutter only cost $.50, while the officers weapon could cost upwards of $500.

Why is that hijacker on the plane to begin with? What is happening to the billions we pour into our intelligence services per year to allow an organized , known terrorist group like Al Queda to get not one but 19 hijackers onto US soil, allow them to live / train for months, then board / hijack US planes on US soil?
Where is the accountability? Giving fools like Tenet a medal for loyalty is not the way to run a country.
