The issue & suit referenced in the article posted, as said, was totally pre-merger. S-UA corrected their procedures when confronted but didn't really fix the initial harm.
I had heard of the S-CAL suit, but WOW, I hope this gets crammed back in mgt's snout like a pile left by a puppy. What a great place we all work....
