Quick question (sorry for the thread hijack)-the 3.5K per year, is that 3.5K times years of service? A 20 year career equates to 70K per year in retirement?

And QOL issue's galore! Hotels, catering, drop below guarantee option, open time trips aren't scheduling's until 12 out. Now it's 48 hours, which is just stupid. etc, etc.
