One thing I have learned is that pilots have a very bad short term memory. You treat us with respect, pay us and give us a good chance at QOL and we will follow you wherever you want to go.

It would not take long to get this ship righted and improve morale we just need someone to start the ball rolling. The CEO we desperately needs knows this and knows how to get that ball rolling.
