I was 15 days short of being a DEN 737 FO and based at home.
15 days and I didn't even try to delay it. Don't blame the pilots for following the contract blame management for falling on their face with EVERYTHING they try to do.
You can always bid back to FO if your seniority can't hold the life style you want, and I promise I won't complain when you bump me down a number and start a thread called
LCAL Captains at it again: bidding down to FO because they were to junior to hold a CA position and now their QOL sucks.
