What was that 70 seat rate you have? Oh yeah $2 override of your current 50 seat rate. That would bring the LASA down to you. Did you pass math in grade school?
That was because our B fund contribution, higher matching funds, higher vacation accrual, higher sick accrual, higher per diem, better LTD, lower insurance premium caps, were taken into consideration. That all adds up to higher total compensation.
