If you read to the end of the article, the part that Jeffy pays attention to is that crappy labor relations cause stock price gains at rate that's nearly triple the competition.

Shares of Delta Air Lines have gained 1.5% to $38.41 at 11:01 a.m. today, while Alaska Air has risen 0.9% to $41.78, United Continental has jumped 3.5% to $41.78 and American Airlines has advanced 1.2% to $38.71.
