When RA told you point blank that he was not here to facilitate a merger, did you believe him then too? I would consider anything regarding future merger plans "inside information" and thus, a big no-no to discuss with employees and LCA's.
What is with that new section about flying to Hawaii and 4 subsequent landings? I guess they could now augment (intra Hawaii) with the new agreement and fly an inter-island tag on with a 757 (class II rest). Seems odd they would ask for that without a clear reason...
