We must continue to demand and expect huge gains in C15, and keep the pressure on DALPA to fight for it, and let the company know we're not going to fold up. This TA took a lot of the company's motivation to negotiate out of the equation. C15 will be a grind, and the company will certainly drag its feet.

I am, of course, disheartened by another shoddy product from the NC. The original TA was bad. However, I am glad our reps listened to us and drove some changes.

My takeaway is that we need to stay engaged...
