We did not add language for SDP so this is not a factor. What we did do was make CDOs possible for both scheduled and IROP situations.
Essentially we have 11 hours, extendable with concurrence and no departure after the WOCL. It also pays 10:30. I don't see this as attractive to the company. A hotel room would have to be provided for greater than 5 hours and very few would extend if the need arose hurting schedule integrity. Could be wrong of course, but I think we will be just fine.
