Two hour commute window now only applies to the first day after a non-fly day. See page 24 of the LOA.

I saw that but since we now have a minimum of 12 hours until we
start short-call isn't that pretty much a wash? Before you could be notified to start SC in 10 hours and be expected to report at the 12 hour mark.
Now you can be notified that you are starting SC in 12 hours and can be expected to report at the 14 hour mark.
Is this how you guys are interpreting the new rules?
