But since there was a merger there was a TPA. It was agreed upon by YOUR MEC, and allowed pilots and airplanes to be shuffled around the system on BOTH sides.

Explain your concept of a windfall. A 98 hire on UAL sitting next to a CAL guy 05' hire? That windfall? Perhaps having no fence to 52 777s on day one. That windfall?
