Yes it is. And I did not say that. I did say that at least one airline recruiter has told me it does receive scrutiny though.
Why are we focusing on this? It is the one thing I said in 3 threads that is arguable? That and the fact I was somewhat ambiguous about what specific parts of your contract suck? Fine I will go there as well shortly.
However, what about all you guys stating how well people at PSA RIGHT NOW are doing to imply that a guy hired just a few months from now would do the same? People need to hear this. I care about that the most. Fine. Go to PSA and feed to the race to the bottom. Don't believe me that going there gives you certain looks from Majors. Yeah I am cool with that. However, don't dupe some poor unsuspecting math dropout into thinking they will be upgrading in less than 2 years and never sit a day of reserve just because the current new hires are not. This is always what happens when an airline is doing quick growth - People don't do the math.
