JetBlue does this.
When I was hired there, my wife came for two days. Had all kinds of stuff for spouses to do. They had them there for the half day of indoc where they go over benefits and that was great because I would have forgotten all of it like I did at Delta. She got about 30 minutes in a 320 sim and still thinks JetBlue is way better than Delta. She liked the Delta dinner, but didn't even compare to what JetBlue did for spouses. She couldn't believe that Delta put us up in the Comfort Inn on VA which was a total dump.
