99% of all this SLI BS is that one guy thinks he is somehow entitled to the other guy's job. Yes, I've "been there and done that", twice.
That's got to be the dumbest thing I've ever read on this forum.
Someone may have been junior on the day of the merger, but with a great future. The SLI may have changed that...DRAMATICALLY!
If 1,000 guys who are younger than you are suddenly senior to you, you've been adversely affected.
If you don't get that, I just don't know what to say.
