He is too stupid to realize that collateral damage happens; but is far less frequently because our multi-million $ weapons systems are far more accurate and less lethal than the adversaries "illegal" IUD. He is too arrogant to learn that mistakes happen but being "gun-shy" will only cost more friendly casualties.
If you want to discuss how the clinton administration thought terrorism was a crime problem and fought it with civil rights lawyers we can start another thread.

Didn't you hear...We're friends with Russia now.
IUD are doing a pretty good job on your troops in Iraq. They were tested / fielded by our allies in the Afghanistan war in the 80s.

He's not arrogant. He's just got a different point of view and is most likely upset at seeing the US abandon core principles (constitution, not torturing captives, etc...) in the war on terror. I'm upset at it as well. However, I know we have to do dirty things to beat dirty enemies. I'm stupid so I don't know all that much about these things.
Clinton is interesting and his approach to Bin Laden was to send the FBI. Sometimes you have to send a hit-team. Imagine if we had gotten Bin Laden in the 90s.
