If you don't get hired Delta (or any other airline) isn't going to tell you why. I got hired in 2001 without any moving violations. They will also check, so if you are dishonest, you won't get the job. Best advice is be yourself, be honest, and show that you've learned from mistakes. No one is perfect, so if you project that way it will come across as dishonest also.
