This is why I don't use electronic application services when I hire someone for a job. You actually wind up screening out the best candidates because the computer only shows the numbers. A physical resume, not only what it says on it, but the way it is put together, says a lot more about the candidate than AirlineApps, or the like, ever could.
So you think Delta should manually review thousands of physical resumes.
