If you are making a budget, use 72 hrs for your budget - not 90. Everyone does not get conflict pay, 150%, or 200%, so don't plan on it.
Thank you all for your replies. I was thinking 2 month on training pay, 6 month on reserve pay at 72 hours, and 4 month at line pay where I can build up my pay up to 90 hours. Is that not realistic for a budget? Better of planning 72 hours at first year pay?
