D@mn, I missed all the fun for the past bit.

I'm not saying the content and subesquent use of negotiators notes is not used in official proceedings. Those that pay attention know that neg. notes are used in those situations. I am saying that you will not find "negotiators notes" as a line pilot accessible document that "officially" govern our working conditions like a CBA, LOA, MOU, and arbitration ruling formally govern working conditions.
