Inaccurate. Negotiator notes are routinely used in arbitrations and other proceedings. What seems to be black and white contract contract language can be essentially reversed on the strength or weakness of the negotiator notes. They are as "official" as the PWA itself.

I'm not saying the content and subesquent use of negotiators notes is not used in official proceedings. Those that pay attention know that neg. notes are used in those situations. I am saying that you will not find "negotiators notes" as a line pilot accessible document that "officially" govern our working conditions like a CBA, LOA, MOU, and arbitration ruling formally govern working conditions.
