I don't think you will spend 6 months on reserve. I couldn't hold reserve in DTW if I wanted to when I finished my OE but you never know... It is not easy to get 90 hours unless you are senior enough to bid a conflict, which you won't be. That's been my experience anyway. There are a lot of others in the same boat who are trying to pay their bills on first year pay. First year pay needs to come up. Plan on 72 hrs.
