Delta’s daily non-stop service between Seattle and Vancouver, B.C., begin June 5 (on Delta’s affiliate SkyWest Airlines).

Delta will fly four daily round-trip flights from Seattle to San Diego starting June 2 and the same number to Portland beginning Sept. 2. Both routes will be operated by Delta Connection partner SkyWest on Bombardier CRJ-900 regional jets.

Delta's new service from Seattle to San Jose will be operated by Delta Connection carrier SkyWest Airlines using 76-seat, two-class CRJ-900s.

Beginning December 20, 2014: Delta's new service from Seattle to Phoenix, Palm Springs and Tucson will be operated by Delta Connection carrier SkyWest Airlines using two-class, 76-seat aircraft, while Jackson Hole service will be operated with two-class, 65-seat aircraft.

Beginning June 9, Alaska will offer twice daily flights between Salt Lake City and Portland. The morning flights between the two cities will be operated by SkyWest Airlines

On June 9, Alaska will also add a third nonstop flight to its existing service between Salt Lake City and Seattle, which will be operated using a CRJ-700 aircraft.

And no offense to Horizon but SkyWest has before and will again fly between SEA and PDX.
