If AWAC fell off the face of the earth in 2015 and 71 200s went to the desert who would cover the 12-15k departures per month?

AWAC may be private and thus can keep all plans a secret until the day of, but the rest of the regionals aren't. When would we start to see a ramp up in operations/announcement of such, in one of the other regionals to cover this feed and which regional is currently in the best to absorb it?
