I also know people who have done a week or two guppy of training then been sent home due to a lack of instructors, sim time and the inability of UAL South to schedule, coordinate, prepare or execute the most simple and mundane everyday tasks. Tasks BTW that UAL North was getting done without the slightest issue or hiccup before the "professional" management of UAL South came into the picture and showed us how to do it right.

If it is in the contract USE IT! That is why we have a contract.
