Oral will happen sometime after your last SIT/CPT session, which happens during the last week of systems. My oral was 2 days before my checkride. IOE will NOT, repeat after me, WILL NOT be delayed. Count on IOE beginning within 7 days after your checkride. This may or may not be in your base. IOE consists of at least 25 hours of flying. For me, it took 2 three-day trips to get the time. IOE will probably consist of weekends off because most of the check-airmen are senior enough that they don't work weekends. Count on being on reserve after that. Probably not for a long time, but there will be reserve. Hope it helps. Congrats, and good luck.
Im assuming this is the same schedule for the CRJ guys? I am in the May 30th class (CRJ). I have asked this before but got mixed answeres, does anyone know if I will be on reserve longer flying the CRJ? Thanks in advance
