Count on IOE beginning within 7 days after your checkride. This may or may not be in your base. IOE consists of at least 25 hours of flying. For me, it took 2 three-day trips to get the time. IOE will probably consist of weekends off because most of the check-airmen are senior enough that they don't work weekends. Count on being on reserve after that.
