Guess if there's not a dress code for travel to training, there should be.

Honestly, what the hell is so difficult about wearing a pair of decent pants, a collared shirt and regular shoes????
Gotta give management some blame on this as well as it seems some airlines don't enforce their uniform (and other) regs. Why is it that Delta pilots always look good? Have to give a shout out to ExpressJet as well. (at least the ones I've seen in IAD at both the airport and hotel.) Most are very young, but manage to look very nice and professional.
