In the process of getting down to the bottom, assuming you're right, they'll be ranking people. Maybe at some point they run out of people that have done it
and can learn it. I think they're going to want to hire people that at least proved they can learn it. All things being equal, they'll pick people with a better record of learning over people who have a poor record of learning.
Sounds fair to me.
