Tattoos are ridiculous. At least you choose to cover your tattoo up while at work. I saw a regional pilot the other day with a hideous forearm tattoo. Nothing says "professional" like a goofy forearm tattoo.
I luckily dont have any forearm tattoos, but the tattoo on my upper arm is just about visible at the bottom of short sleeves, so long sleeves are a requirement in my opinion.
I would have thought visible tattoos such as a forearm tattoo would have to be kept covered by company policy.
