Good luck to all who get the interview!
Exactly correct. I just finished my Frontier interview today and they flat out ask you where else you have applications in at. Even more specifically, they directly ask you if UAL/DAL/AAL, etc calls, where would you go and why. I'm not the BSing type. I was honest and upfront with them. I would probably blast, but given the opportunity to work at Frontier I might find I love it and not want to go. Now, not saying I'm all that, but I do have a good resume and they saw that and it generated those questions for sure if they weren't already going to ask them. So, take that for what it's worth, but also know that they tell you in the pre-interview brief that they now have a $17,000 training contract for 1 year. After the direct questions about whether I would leave or not, I asked about the contract. The interview panel told me that if you leave before 1 year is up, you have to pay back the $17k. That was the first I had heard of the training contract.
I really do think Frontier is a solid company and all the folks there that I interacted with today were great. And for that matter, the whole experience was great and I'm glad I had the opportunity to experience it. If you really want to work there, get there...they are looking for you and they are a great bunch of folks!
