Sure, we are short ERB's right now, but nobody that gets it on this award will be in place in time to help out before things start drawing down in the fall. As I understand it, we've already had new hires going into the ATL ER. They have also been backfilling ERB's in other bases the last few AE's - take a look at the SLC ERB awards on the last couple of bids, all backfills (thank you very much
). And a lot of these backfills have fall conversions
. I haven't done an in depth analysis yet, but I'm guessing there has been a rather large exodus from the right seat of the ER lately. That, and like you said, perhaps the draw down won't be quite as rapid as they originally stated.
