Training has significantly slowed, and JBU is catching up. IOE is the current bottleneck.
4-6 weeks out of JBU to get 190 IOE, 2-3 weeks for the 320 IOE. as of June 18th we will have hired a total of 285 pilots this year. The target depending on attrition is 350-400 total for the year. Then the same for the next 2 years.
