I agree with the above. 737 first and foremost. If and only if SLC 320 would be a massive improvement for you (check out commutes and trips before you bid) then 320. However unless it was awesome I'd stick with 737 and tread water until you could hold LA. I agree with the 6 months to 2 years timeframe. If hiring keeps up at this rate, it could easily be a year or less I'd guess.
