Probably not CLT because PSA and Mesa have domiciles there, although it'd be a nice place for commuters. RDU was almost a go but US Airways couldn't guarantee a set number of departures for us every day so now the company "is evaluating all options". The same reason (excuse?) has been used for MKE.

Slim to none. We'd have a LGA domicile well before BOS as much flying as we're set to spool up there and they've put the kabosh on that rumor a
bunch of times already.
