If you hate the job ALPA or your union is doing for you. You might be on an rj.

If you have the screen name "Global Express" you might be on an rj.

If you think that the mainline hiring dam is about to burst wide open due to "upcoming pilot retirements", you might be on an rj.

If you ever wake up late night/super early in a hotel room and don't know what city you are in, or what day it is, you might be on an rj.

If you ever wake up early, shower, dress and put on the uniform and then realize it's your day off, you might be on an rj.

If you stay on the crew bus doing laps around the parking lot because you can't remember where you parked your car, you might be on an rj.

If, after the fourth lap around the crew parking lot, you finally call your wife to report the car is missing and presumed stolen, and she tells you that she dropped you off for your trip, and that the car is in garage, you might be on an rj.

If you subscribed to Kit Darby's Air Inc, you might be on an rj.

If you gave up that corporate 135 flight gig "just so I can have a schedule", you might be on an rj.

If your captain buys you lunch, because "he's been there", you might be on an rj.

If one of your passengers buys the whole crew lunch (or drinks) later on at the hotel bar, you might be on an rj.

If a seven year old kid hands the pilot an envelope full of pennies because he had heard that pilots don't make much money, you might be on an rj.

If that pilot keeps the kid's envelope, he might be a captain on an rj.

If you can go through all this, plus deal with goofy management and other crew, long duty days, commuting, cancellation, maintenance issue, weather issues, day after day, and can still smile, you might be on an rj.
