I'm sure it'd be mostly a cut and paste. In theory this would speed up the process.
Compass got into a lottttt of trouble for that and were close to losing their program. 2016 seems legit for getting something up and running with time to spare
What did they get in trouble for?
Why would the Feds care if you use a carbon copy of a proven safe training program developed at a legacy airline?
