The pay rates that UAL/DAL/AA have now, are Post bankruptcy, Post merger rates. Frontiers current rates are still bankruptcy rates. I would expect to see Frontier pay rates go up in the future. They will not equal the rates are the big three, but I think they will close the gap for sure.
. Our current pay rates are not the best, but out scheduling and corporate culture are. Once our pay rates snap back to pre bankruptcy rates, our CAs will top at 166/hour and an FOs 104/hour, with the contract amendable in 2017.

There are a lot of great reasons to work at Frontier, and I hope that anyone who is interested inst turned off based on the current pay rates alone. It has been an absolute pleasure working here, and I would encourage anyone interested to apply. The future of Frontier is probably better now than it has ever been. We have more fanicial backing now, and a proven business model. I think the best days of Frontier are ahead
