Culture doesn't put my kid through college or buy my boat. The work rules at the legacies are as good as any now too. The only reason I replied here is because I'm at spirit and don't have much room to talk on pay rates but fly with guys that don't quite understand how far up the legacy carriers came in the last couple years. We have huge improvements to make in the next Cba. Btw I'm pretty sure indigo knows how to make money but the pilots will have to go on strike to get any of it from them. You need to be united and demand more. Much more. Good luck guys
