Culture doesn't put my kid through college or buy my boat. The work rules at the legacies are as good as any now too. The only reason I replied here is because I'm at spirit and don't have much room to talk on pay rates but fly with guys that don't quite understand how far up the legacy carriers came in the last couple years. We have huge improvements to make in the next Cba. Btw I'm pretty sure indigo knows how to make money but the pilots will have to go on strike to get any of it from them. I love how you mentioned, but the gentleman that mention how they were treated post 9/11 gives a good example how the culture is important. It may be the difference between making $60/hr or furloughed.
I think Indigo has got good growth plans for Frontier and I think they will grow like Spirit has been last few years.
Sometimes it's good to swim in a small pond vs. being the pray in the bid pond.
BTW, I haven't heard from my application that I put it yet.
