I know for a fact that all of my F/O's could handle this scenario, even without Chuck Norris' help. I've been training them for years, by pretending to be incapacitated, on every leg!
In fact, in my initial briefing I tell them, "When it's your leg, you do everything. When it's my leg, you do everything. And don't let me wake up and catch you reading!"
