If you consider the cockpit as your office space its a no brainer. The 737 is cramped, loud, and uncomfortable. With regard to your seat you have a choice you can slide it back or recline it but you can not do both at the same time.
The flying is probably pretty similar overall with the 737 perhaps doing a little more of the Transcon type of legs.

With the addition of IFE on the 319 & 320 fleet beginning in 2015 and the now 45 321's beginning in 2016(I assume they will come with IFE), I think you will see more transcon legs then.
