The Endeavor hiring will only be 1/3 of the required pilots. 2/3s will come from the street both civ/mil...
Don't forget about the Compass and Mesaba flows. After the flows I believe Delta will only hire Mil to keep 50/50 split.
I am in the Guard so it shouldn't hurt my buddies but I don't like Delta passing up on really good canidates.
