Mesaba flow is only 9 a month and is almost over forever.

CPZ flow is limited to 20 a month and 25% of their list a year (130 or so right now). Even that will end in a few years as well.

DL has had for years a contractual requirement to hire 35% DCI ALPA pilots. This basically changes nothing other than possibly making it a little harder for future CPZ/Expressjet pilots to get hired at DL, although that should be somewhat mitigated by many years of large hiring.

Also, the poorly thought out PCL agreement is limited to 300 per year. Going into a sustained period where we will be hiring 800+ per year for a while, its really not much different than what would be happening without it anyway. If it gets to be too much, PCL can end it apparently according to the Q&A.

There will be plenty of civilian OTS opportunities at DL going forward.
