Got an email and then a phone call from NY this morning, requesting my recency: A yearly breakout of my hours, duties and accomplishments over the last few years. Another mil guy apparently got the same request too.

Thankfully I was free and had the time to respond to the information request quickly because they were trying to get my info in front of a PHC meeting in the early afternoon. If I would have been out-of-pocket, I would have missed out. But I still wish I had more time to be more thorough and polish the response (I found a typo after I sent it that I missed because of the rush).

So I thought I'd pass that along. Had I known it was coming, I obviously would have had it prep'd and ready to go. But a buddy of mine who interviewed the same day got a call for class a few weeks ago and no request for more information was asked of him. So who knows ...

I just hope it is winning comm - my last flight before retirement is tomorrow - then my currency clock starts ticking.
