Not sure how old you are, but maybe consider doing the airline pilot gig for a few years and then quitting when/if you have kids. I'd be willing to bet that after doing this for a few years, when you do have your first child you'll want to quit anyway to raise your child. It's tough enough with one parent that travels for work, I can't imagine two doing it.

Don't pawn the kids off on grandparents either. This seems to be very popular these days, but has consequences.

Even kids aside, realize that dating/marrying another pilot will cause a lot of stress in your life. It will be difficult to get hired at the same airline, especially at the major level. So you'll likely have different domiciles. Your career tracks might be offset somewhat making it difficult to ever see each other.
