Kinda. If you tube the HR interview badly enough you might be done, but one guy in my group was told he was very close to the cut line (score?) on the HR and they told him to call back in a year. He'll get put back into the queue, doesn't have to do the computer testing again, but still will have to do the MMPI and psych interview, since he didn't get that far.
