That's not an attitude -- rather a fact. Think I am happy making 15% less a month than a junior guy to me? No. But be honest with yourself...it's not costing the company a dime while we complain about it. We will see what happens once seat lock starts coming up in sept and see where the movement is. If there are hurdles to getting out of the 76 I think you will see an uproar from the "other" pilot group at atlas and if still no change an exodus to legacies/fdx/ups. It's going to be a buyers market soon.
The problem is with our union who is 747 centric and it doesn't bother most of the pilots in the group. Solidarity?? Hard when there are two pilots - the 747 pilot group and the ones that wish they were on the 747 with junior guys behind them.
